Had my delayed email yesterday and my cancellation email today. Why did they bother sending out the delay emails?

mine was cancelled as well just like the harry potter b4.. they are not very good in honouring their mistakes..

mine just cancelled too - tesco crap customer service if u bother to spend the time to order put in your details get confirmation email to be told 5 days later they not honouring their agreement -it rubbish
