Print problem - Samsung CLX-3160fn

Hi
Any techies out there who are good with Samsung laser printers?
I have a CLX-3160fn which is printing images too dark. I have the troubleshooting manual, tried manually adjusting the colour settings, even "spoken" to US tech support who suggested cleaning the toner cartridges - all no help at all. Their UK tech support site offers an interactive guide that doesn't address this specific print quality issue.
Of course, I've left it to the last minute and want to print some things off for tomorrow. I'll have to speak to tech support on Monday if no-one here has any ideas...
Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I resolved this by printing (on the same printer) from another computer. Seems like the software on this one needs updating...
