Not really needing advice, just need to let off steam! Everything that could have gone wrong, barring losing our buyers or house we're buying, seems to ahve gone wrong,a nd now another problem has cropped up which could cost us more money or even derail the whole chain, or which might not be a problem after all, but another delay. Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know we have been on going with our sale and purchase since March and still no where near yet,through no fault of our own,it seems everybody else in the chain mucks it up,wihout a care for us.
