gojagair helicopter flights

I hope you can help me out!
In December 2008 I bought 2 helicopter flights, of the fife coastline, from gojagair for my stepdad to give my mum as her Christmas present and now, nearly two years later I am still trying to reclaim the money.
Jagair sent us the vouchers and activation number and all appeared well until we tried to book the flights.
The webpage, where the activation number is entered always said that their were no dates in the system and to try later and they never answer the given telephone number and always forward calls to their answering machine.
I did, however manage to establish email communication with Lisa Forrest at Jagair and she occasionally responded to my emails:
On the 26th September 2009 she said that vouchers had been extended by 3 months and on the 7th October 2009 she said that I could have a full refund and asked if the money to be refunded £110 should be paid to me or my stepfather. I replied giving details of my account and she has failed to respond to any emails since.
As a result of this lack of email correspondence I sent a letter by recorded delivery to the registered address in Dewar Place Lane, Edinburgh on the 15th February 2010. Royal Mail were unable to deliver this letter and it was returned to me, stamped NOT CALLED FOR, in May 2010.
I did request payment through Paypal as the money was paid from my debit card account into CAPITAL HELICOPTERS' Paypal account but thus far I've been unsuccessful.
Hope you can be of some help.

If you look up this company on a google search you get a forum thread full of people saying exactly the same thing as you, that they have been ripped off. https://www.scam-detectives.co.uk/community/viewtopic.php?f=6&t.
It appears the company was started with the intention of defrauding people and not providing the service. I think your best bet would be to join the trading standards case against them.0
