    This is VERY fishy indeed. Why did the original court papers go to Nationwide?? - communication is always with the court.

    I would be asking to see a copy of the original POC (particulars of claim).

    There is something seriously not right here...

    Do you have any copies of the paperwork?. You could scan them, remove personal details and post them here and we may be able to help more.

    Was it KPR who took you to court or Nationwide??

  • Hi Just to update, spoke to the court sending me new forms there has been an error, Thank god. Waiting to see what the next one says

    Had letter from court - typing error should be £189.
    Sent a letter asking the court to reconsideras we are on a DMP with Cccs. Had a reply will have to go to court. Does anybody know what happens when you go to court? Has anyone any advice please
