Electrical work in home counties property

Can anyone give me some idea of what's a reasonable quote for the following electrical work:

-install a 2-way MCB with all necessary fuses/switches
-install 2 x twin power sockets and 2 x spurs and 2 x flourescent tubes in loft
-install ceiling rose/light fitting in lounge and remove existing up lights, replace cracked twin power socket
-install 2 x twin power sockets in bedroom 1
-install TV aerial socket in bedroom 1 and supply TV aerial splitter/amplifier
-install 2 x twin power sockets in bedroom 2
-install PIR-controlled spotlight to rear of property

I'm about to get some contractors in to price the job so any guidance much appreciated. All hardware will be supplied by the contractor.

Without seeing the property or knowing your existing set up, it's impossible to say. best to get a couple of prices and then come back to us

Existing fusebox in in the integral garage and proposed position of MCB is basically the other side of the garage wall inside the house. It's a three-bed house, with no existing lighting or power in the loft, and the rooms mentioned have only one single power socket per room.
Currently the TV aerial socket only exists in the lounge with a single cable from aerial to socket, so a new aerial point would need to be installed in the bedroom.
I've been quoted just short of 2000 including VAT which includes two days labour and parts, which seems very expensive to me. I'd estimate the cost of parts at £250 max.
