Magazine Subscription

Hi

I have a 1 year subscription to a wedding magazine. I have not recieved the July/August edition and have emailed them 3 times.
On all 3 occassions they said they would/ have sent it out.

I still havent recieved the July/ August edition and now havent recieved the most current edition. I spoke to them today and they said they have no stock of the new edition so I can either wait for the next batch to come in or have the subscription extended. I explained as I get married in afew months this is no good for me and requested a refund for the magazines I have not recieved.

They said this isnt possible as the company has a no refund policy?!!! But will send out again the July/Auguust edition

I am not sure where to go from here and would be greatful for any advice. I have never had a problem with my post before

Irritating, annoying hassle that you don't need.

What about asking for a discount on different magazine subscription for another year?

Any more than that is going to require an awful lot of effort for a fairly small gain/loss.

Thanks thats a great idea, I will give that a try!

I know when your planning a wedding chasing people over magazines is the last thing you need. Mind you at £5 an issue they dont come cheap!!
