Computer Screen sideways!

We have a little rug rat running around our house at the moment, and DD was on her computer - he started ramdomly tapping away on the keyboard and next thing.....the image on the screen has tipped sideways!
Anyone know how to get it back to a normal view???

Hold CTRL, then hold alt, then press up.
(so yes all at the same time)

colleague at work had this happen last week, was the first time I'd seen it...the ctrl+alt+arrow sorted it (vista) and it didnt matter which arrow, you just did it several times and each one was 90 degrees turn so you got there in the end
