JSA Not payed in.

Hi guys,

I was due a payment of JSA today. However, for some reason they didn't make a payment into my bank account. This has left me in a really bad situation, I can't find any numbers to contact them on a weekend to ask them what's gone on.

Do any of you know a number I might have missed?

Thanks

Benefits aren't paid in on a Saturday, the Job Centre pay in Mon-Fri. So I guess you should really get it on a Monday but for reasons unknown your bank allows you to access the funds early. Phone your bank to see if the funds are pending on your account, if not check your account first thing Monday morning. If it still isn't in by then, phone your benefit delivery centre and find out what's gone wrong.

Neither the Job Centre or benefit delivery centre are open at weekends unfortunately.

Social Services might be able to help out with food if you're claiming for children, if not see if family/friends can help you out over the weekend.
I no longer contribute to the Benefits & Tax Credits forum.

Depending what bank it is it should be available today, As some banks dont do weekends and rollover to the monday. So anymoney paid in monday should be available on saturday.

RBS, Natwat , Clydesdale. I'm not sure what other banks have this system i know bank of scotland dont.
