Has anyone heard of Tambaba Country Club Resort, Brazil, which is offering large returns over 3 years?
Is there anything one needs to know before investing in land abroad?
Are there any impartial experts in this field (overseas land investment)
Thanks!

be prepared to lose everything, remember what you are being told verbally is probably a load of lies and contracts are probably not worth the paper they are written on.
Potential may be high but risk will be high with it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
OP, did they contact you or have you done loads of research first?
follow dunstonh's posting, in fact if they contacted you, run a mileWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0 -
If you ask for a written prospectus you will find they are not FSA registered, they cannot guarantee any return and you should seek the advice of an IFA. dunstonh is an IFA and has already given you all the advice you need about this product. For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.
