Has anyone heard of Tambaba Country Club Resort, Brazil, which is offering large returns over 3 years?
Is there anything one needs to know before investing in land abroad?
Are there any impartial experts in this field (overseas land investment)

    be prepared to lose everything, remember what you are being told verbally is probably a load of lies and contracts are probably not worth the paper they are written on.

    If you ask for a written prospectus you will find they are not FSA registered, they cannot guarantee any return and you should seek the advice of an IFA. dunstonh is an IFA and has already given you all the advice you need about this product.
