Just to warn everyone
I orderd something from Toolsnstuff.co.uk 10 days ago and it still hasn't arrived after I was told 3 days in an email - and I really needed it for work.
They haven't answered my 3 emails either so I just tried calling them on their 0845 no' and held on for 50 mins with no reply yes you heard me right, a staggering 50 mins
I have emailed them and told them I want compensating for their appalling customer service.
Thankfully the call only cost me £1. as I used Martins UK Callchecker to dial via a cheaper Pre Select Carrier.
I need a cuppa to calm down now
UPDATE:
A couple of hours later I sent an email informing them that if I didn't get a repsonse from them or a delivery today then I intented to contact my credit card company to request a 'chargeback' - guess what, I got an email (with no apology) saying they were "looking into it".
Funny how the threat of losing the sale (£299.) prompted a response whereas 10 emails being polite and enquiring or complaining did not !!!!

you know when you're getting older - the wife says, "let's go upstairs and make love" and you reply, "I can't do both" !!
