Do you have any recommended sites or advice for HE funding relating to scholarships and grants, not from central govt funds?
This is to undertake a HNC/HND in fine art - my friend received a grant many years ago for a degree and is therefore ineligible for any further state funds.
They said a book in a library listed some grant givers but the sums were tiny, many were being wound up, some specifically excluded those in HE, etc, and they'd heard about an article recently on how someone got 40k to do a Phd by applying to lots of grant giving places over a long period of time.

However, you are going to find this a problem as these sort of trusts aren't set up for basic HE.0
