  • Went through self serve with my 2 hoodies and leggings. Price glitch worked and total went down to £13.

I then tried to scan coupon but came up with 'needs authorisation'. the jobsworth of a man that came to help said he couldn't authorise it as it wasn't over £25. Tried to explain but he was having none of it!

I thought about kicking off but realised that 2 hoodies and 2 pairs of leggings for £13 was good enough for me. ;) Bit annoyed but very pleased with my purchases. Did people go through normal tills with £5 coupon or did anybodys work in self serve please?
A small Thank You can make a BIG difference ;)

But it should be coming to £8 after the clothes voucher. The same happened to me where it was coming to more than it should, I got overcharged but the store was closing so I'll have to go back tomorrow and get my money back and try again. Think it's because I got one 5-6 yr and one 13-14 yr top. Grrr.

Nope worked fine I bought the bigger sizes in hoodies @ £12 each and leggings @ £4 each so £32 in total and £16 discount then £5 clothing voucher left £11 to pay.

I went throught the normal till and bought some pop on offer to disguise the clothing cost, lol, also picked the youngest checkout operator.;)

Mine went through on a normal till - but I had a bill of £35 before I handed over the voucher (I included the Disney hoodies and leggings with my food shop), so that wouldn't have looked odd. Whereas if your bill was, say £13 to pay and then you tried to give a voucher, they might refuse to try the voucher as you're not spending £25 iyswim.

I bought today 2 disney tops age 8-9, 2 leggings 6-7. i used the self service till £13.00 off the bill then tired to use the £5.00 off voucher . It came up the authorisation needed the poor "helper" on the self service checkout was running around like a mad hen between the 10 self service tills and just put a code in . Worked for me total bill £8.00 paid ..this was in Baguley store.

Damn, we went to the big Stockport store instead of the Baguley one for a change!!

    Oh well.... never mind.

  • Today I have bought a £12 hoodie and a £10 hoodie and then two larger leggings as the smaller ones were out of stock. so £4 each. I then asked for a £5 off voucher which worked,( i managed to get away with this as i included it with £20 worth of food shopping so not obvious to cs.) So i paid £11 for both outfits, very happy.
  • This is still working but the leggings are reduced to a pound now so they do not take as much off! Got 2 jumpers (£10) and 2 leggings for £14 - minus the £5 so £9!

Got someother summer clothes for next year that was reduced too!

    Thanks!:T

Got them for £13, tried to use the voucher but self service attendant wouldn't approve, still all that for £13 was fab. Had to buy age 7-8 jumpers though for my little girl, she's only 4 next month!!
  • Just wanted to say thanks this worked for me today at 3pm
