Hi guys, can I get some help on my printer problem pretty please.
I have not disconnected printer or anything but it has stopped printing for some reason. I can see the print icon on my taskbar and when I open it, I can see the documents in the queue but they are not printing and I dont know why.
I am rubbish with tech stuff so any help apprieciated. Thanks

Is there enough ink in it? Also, just disconnect/power off and restart, probably fix it lol0

Make/model always helps!
Delete all the items in the print queue and try to print a new page.
Disconnect the USB cable and try to print a test page. If that works, then it's not a hardware or ink cart problem, but a software problem, so then uninstall the drivers and reinstall the latest ones from the manufacturer's website.
Does the printer show up as OK in Device Manager? No free lunch, and no free laptop

Open the printer utility and it should be in the options, but since you haven't given the make or model no-one can help in any detail.
Reading the printer Help pages might also be beneficial...do a search for 'test page'?
Edit: the model no will be marked on it-there are hundreds of HP printers. or just look it up in 'Printers and Faxes' in Control Panel. No free lunch, and no free laptop
