  • Unfortunately, that doesn't always mean that you can actually view your bills online.

    We were unable to view either of our bills from the start of the year, but read that these were temporary problems. It was only when we noticed on our bank statement that our direct Debit payments had shot up that I phoned BG and asked was this right and said that we hadn't been notified as we hadn't been able to access our accounts online for months and could they please fix the online viewing problems.
    After another phone call and a few emails, we can now see our gas account, albeit achingly slowly, but the electricity account is still showing as "We are currently upgrading our billing system. While this is in progress, please use your previous account to view your bill history. ". I want to see the recent bills not the old ones :mad: !

    This has meant that, with the recent new price rises, until our bank statement came through we again had no idea what our new direct debit payment for electricity was going to be. I've had no response to my recent emails at all.

    I don't care anymore..... I'm changing to Atlantic next week :D .
