Hi
I got the black Walkstar 3 fit flops for a birthday present in June and have pretty much worn them every single day since I got them, they go with every outfit. I have actually sold most of my shoes on ebay to put towards my next pair as other shoes just feel inferior and uncomfy now, even my party shoes
I am a size 8 and the Walkstar fit perfectly, so I am after some shoes now as realistically I cant keep marching around in sandals come October, so I looked online I fancy the trainers or the mules but I dont like the idea of the shiny ones and I know I will wreck the suede ones so I was thinking of ordering a mans shoe as they are leather, has anyone else done this and would it be the correct size if not maybe I could return hmmm. I am very wary with trainers as if they are at all pointy at the toe they make my feet look like boats.
For those have you that have just bought your Fitflop thongs the middle bit can be a bit of a pain, mine actually caused my toe to bleed and I had to wear a plaster as it rubbed so much but I carried on wearing them anyway and they were worth it in the end, the downside is every other shoe is rubbish now!
My daughter (age 8) says when she wears them round the house its like wearing a jam sandwich on your foot, I think thats a pretty good recommendation.0 -

Thanks for this. Ordered myself a 3rd pair at half price this morning and already dispatched. I wear mine all the time, but find the white sole gets dirty quite quickly, so have ordered a pair with a brown sole.:money:0

I wear size 5 and had to change up to a six in the chocolate colour leather....these were my first pair and I couldn't understand how everyone could rave about how comfy they were....they felt quite stiff , the soles were hard and the left toe post hurt! I was so disappointed, but a friend told me to wear just them for a few days and what a difference...I've worn them non stop for three weeks & don't want to go back to normal shoes...just ordered my second pair...I'm hooked!! Feels like walking on a rubber play surface now...bliss!! :jCazo1:wave:0

Could u experienced fitflop owners give me some advice please. I was thinking of buying these after such good reviews here.
I go for regular walks. So would I still be able to use these in winter(without socks).
Or do u stop wearing them in winter and only use it in summer.:EasterBun <--- "Live and let Live"0 -

You wear them in the same way you would wear any other sandal which exposes your bare feet. it is all a matter of personal preference. I am still wearing mine outside now but will want to wear closed shoes when it is wet or cold. However I tend to use flip flops all year round for popping out to the garden or the car.0 -
