I am a 4.5 and buy a 4 in fitflops. I have tried size 4 and 5 in the shop and the 5 wasn't miles too big, but the 4 was definitely better. HTH.

Thanks to OP, the Electra are my favourites, have ordered a pair. I already have a pair in bronze and they look like new after 2 years of constant use. Cost per wear must work out at a fraction of a penny!
