if you have moved to france for a new life, how have you managed to live there with no job etc? and really, a tenant could have just moved out at the end of their agreement anyway, so how were you going to support yourself then?

I suggest you have a read of this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/announcement.php?f=76

If you would like to be provocative then the appropriate board for that is here

Debt free wannabe is a board for support, not judgement.
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
  • I do work in France, Try to find another tenant !! I have worked all my life always full time, Not that it has got anything to do with anyone.
    So what do you do?
  • sorry for response for your post, just thought it was a bit abrupt

OK, there is an assumption in there about no job, but these are just questions which the OP's situation suggests and tey might elicit more info about the OP's plan

Sorry, I don't take this as provocative and as it is only questions, I can't see judgement being made.

Day in day out we are asking people to put up their SoA to understand their situation, so I think these questions are reasonable.

You need to be aware that anyone can post on the forum and some people post to give strong opinions and cause distress. Ignore them.

There is a thread at the top of this board called Ask CCCS advisor a question. You can post there and find out what help is available to you (while in France or back in the UK).
  • Yes ask questions but not in a condescending way. Would understand if from Yahoo ! I think some people have nothing better to do than to join forums and boss people about,
Although This website I have always used it for information and saved money through it over the years.
    Thank you for advice
