First part should be in Vent...
On Monday I received a small but exquiste bouquet of roses and lillies and purple flowers (called Brilliant) sent by friends using Next Flowers. By yesterday all the flowers had died; lillies failed to open; roses all drooping and dead and the purple things very forlorn.
I rang Next Flowers to complain about them and the operator immediately offered to send a replacement bouquet. :T :T Because I rang after 5.00p.m. they will arrive tomorrow. How's that for effective and swift service??
(Mind you it's not good that the flowers died overnight in water but they resolved it quickly).

Sorry, didn't see your response. The replacement bunch was the same as the bad ones but so much better. Lasted ages and really lovely - the card even said 'with apologies from Next'.
Yep, good customer service when things went wrong so would recommend them.0
