income protection insurance

My husband has had his IVA accepted but he would like to have income protection insurance he had a quote form his IP but it was very expensive does anyone know where he may be able to get insurance at a reasonable price thanks for any advice

Thats quite low for a 56 year old. Although if its class 1 occupation then it could be. Although it could be that its a PPI version of income protection rather than the better quality PHI version.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). That doesnt seem like a bad premium for the cover based on your husbands age.
