1. The Nintendo Japan promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Nintendo and Nick Deyong Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the campaign who are only eligible to nominate but not to enter into the competition
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via an online form at telegraph.co.uk/nintendo and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Nintendo Competition Winner, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between 23 December 2010 and 22 January 2011.
4. All online entries must be received by 22nd December 2010 at 24:00.
5. The winners will be notified by 1 February 2011.
6. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
7. One entrant will win a seven night holiday for two including flights to Tokyo, Japan. The prize includes return economy class flights from London Heathrow to Tokyo, with departure and arrival dates subject to availability; twin or double room accommodation at the 4 star Intercontinental Tokyo Bay Hotel; rail transfers from the airport to the hotel in Japan; entrance for two adults to the Tokyo Dome City Theme Park; entrance for two adults to the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation; £500 spending money; travel insurance (subject to insurance policy terms) and all applicable taxes.
8. The prize does not include meals or travel to and from Heathrow or any other expenditure other than is outlined above. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and to obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. If the Promoter discovers that their standard insurance policy terms do not cover the winner, the winner may be responsible for their own travel insurance.
9. The winner must redeem their prize within 12 months of notification of winning. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
12. Telegraph Media Group Limited is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Nick Deyong Limited.
