    1. The closing date for the competition is 16th September at 17:00 GMT.
    2. The winner will be randomly drawn through a prize draw on the 16th September and notified the same day.
    3. Winners must register their details for The 2010 Ryder Cup tickets by the 17th September 2010
    4. The prize is a pair of tickets for each day of The 2010 Ryder Cup tournament (1st – 3rd October 2010).
    5. This competition is open to all persons aged 18 and over except Nespresso UK Ltd employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
    6. By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
    7. The prize does not include supplements or travel. Please visit https://www.rydercup.com/2010/ for more information on travel and accommodation
    8. The winner must be resident in the UK.
    9. Acknowledgement of the prize must be received by 16th September 2010.
    10. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, using the details provided in the entry form. If acknowledgement is not received by 1200 on 16th September 2010, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
    11. There is no cash alternative or exchange.
