If you have not had the full use of the insurance and have not been able to drive the vehicle because of having been issued an unsigned cover note or errors in the policy then what was sold to you was "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" and you can claim a full refund (yep that's right I paid for a years insurance, 365 days, no more no less. I was not able to drive for a while till the paperwork was corrected). The bank agreed that I was not supplied what I had paid for and accepted the chargeback application I made.

Anthony Evans is or has been known to be a rippoff merchant for years he has falsely claimed insurance claims accident claims and also smuggled cigeretts into the uk illeagally he has also sold copies of football kits that have been forged by him with famouse football players signitures on them this man will do anythink to steel money from the honest working man can you trust him to sell you car insurance???I dont think he knows wrong from right you only have to look at his childish attemps to save his pethetic empire built on lies and deception and he calls him self a business man i dont think so liar cheat ripoff and the list goes on .
