Scottish Hydro Electric no longer eligible for energyplus care any cheaper deals help

Scottish Hydro Electric are saying I no longer am eligible for energyplus care because I don't spend 15% of my benefits on gas and electricity.

Are there any better deals out there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Use a comparison site.

You may also wish to investigate whether you would be eligible for any social tariff from another supplier, as each supplier have their own eligibility criteria. Best to contact each supplier direct to discuss whether they think you would be eligible for their social tariff if that is what you are looking for.

Still use a comparison site before agreeing to anything to compare the anticipated annual cost of any social tariff (which you should ask for from any supplier willing to grant one to you) againts those generally available; you may find something cheaper anyway.

Have a look round on this forum under the title search social tariff and you'll find your probably find your only eligible to get on EDF's tariff which doesn't offer much of a discount.

If you don't want to look on the forum, ring round as premier suggests and that will cost you about 20 quid from a PAYG mobile. Using a switching comparison website will get you a online deal about 5% above what your currently paying Scottish and Southern.
