How to use a Phil and Teds Warranty for replacement part?

I have no idea if I am posting this in the correct place, but am hoping someone may be able to help.

I bought a Phil and Teds Sport double in March from Toysrus and need a replacement back wheel. Am I right in thinking that all Phil and Teds pushchairs have a 1 year warranty where ever they are purchased?

And if correct how do I go about asking for a repair or replacement wheel? I have emailed P&T's direct 2 weeks ago and had no reply. And am unable to find a contact number for them. Have also tried to ring Toysrus, but no one seems to answer the phone! lol.

The pram is useable at the moment, but wobbles and is very hard to steer due to the wheel fault. So avoiding having the send the wheel off for weeks needs to be avoided if poss.

I haved looked on Ebay and can buy one for £40 but obviously if I am covered with a warranty I would rather try that route first.

Can anyone help please?

I think you will find on most prams wheels are not covered by warranty - it is usually just the main chassis - have you checked the instruction booklet?

    Are they air filled tyres?

Could you get a repair on the wheel or is it buckled
