1. The competition is open to anyone with the exception of employees of Capital Shopping Centres and The Harlequin's on site service providers and anyone professionally associated with this competition. No purchase required.
2. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules and agree that the decision of The Harlequin is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
3. All entry instructions will form part of these terms and conditions.
4. The prizes are subject to availability.
5. The closing date for entry is Friday 29th October 2010.
6. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the prizes. The prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

7. The prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person.
8. The parties reserve the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
9. The prize winners may be required to take part in some promotional activity as a condition of receiving the prize, e.g. publicity photos.
10. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
11. The lucky winner will be notified by mail or phone (depending on details supplied) after the competition closing date.
12. The Harlequin accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant resulting from entering this competition or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize. Nothing shall exclude The Harlequin's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud.
