ok well i want a new TV and a good pal uses littlewoods so he said he i can get a tv thru littlewoods with his account and i think he earns a little for getting them a new customer etc they gave a date for delivery a week b4 the date they called said it would be here a week early :rotfl: it never came they said OK it will be here on the original delivery date and nope it didn't come they said it was delivered to wrong address so i thought OK a mistake fair enough now 2 more weeks have passed 4 delivery dates a bunch of cheap flowers to my mate as a sorry :rotfl: and the last delivery date was a "PROMISE" and it was on special delivery

do u wanna know what happened ,, u guessed it no tv

i want this tv i ain't gone thru all this to end up with a bunch of flowers

what are my rights can i demand a discount loss of earnings for the dates i have has days off from work for the tv to arrive is there a govorning body that i can complain to something like offcom but for catalogues to get littlewoods to give me my tv .#

You have no rights, you're not the consumer your mate is.

Google the make and model of the tv and see how much cheaper it is elsewhere. Littlewoods build in an extra charge into their catalogue prices to fund the cost of the credit that most customers take up.

They don't take it off if you pay cash.

You don't have to be a posh English teacher to spell correctly.

Spelling has got to do with it because if you mis spell words and do not use punctuation, you make it difficult for other people to read and enable them to help you.
