which wireless security option is the best to use

hi there i have a netgear dg834g wireless router
it gives me the choice are security option as below
WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy)
WPA-PSK (Wi-Fi Protected Access Pre-Shared Key)
WPA2-PSK(Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 with Pre-Shared Key)
WPA-PSK+WPA2-PSK
WPA-802.1x WPA2-802.1x
WPA-802.1x+WPA2-802.1x
i currently use
WPA-PSK+WPA2-PSK
is this the most secure option ? thanks

WPA2-PSK is more secure. Use AES rather than TKIP.0
