I got mine last December and it came with a 32mb card included. Obviously that 's very small but it's enough to get you going, it's enough to store game-save data and a few pictures etc.

I recently picked up a 1Gb card for around £25 from Moby memory.

I originally posted this offer on Rpoints. If you want to use your PSP to its full capabilities (i.e. music, video, photos, as well as homebrew stuff) then this is not for you. However, if all you use you PSP for is playing games and you only have a basepack then this is ideal. Without a memory card you can't save your progress. Game saves don't take up too much room. Don't forget, the original value pack only came with a 32MB memory stick.

As an aside, I have bought a 2GB memory stick on ebay for around £20. Probably a fake, but it works fine, has full 2GB on it (1900+ MB) and seems to be good quality.

Also got a 2Gb on ebay for about £22. It's a Sandisk and I even managed to have it registered on Sandisk's website. So I doubt it's a fake.
