....yes but money saving is all about gb's per £ and not the actual amount paid!

I think 128mb is almost worthless these days! even if they were a £1 each they would still be a pain as you'd need loads of them!

well 2000/128 to be exact............lol which would still be £15
Fine, if it's not for you don't buy one.

Ben ,can you train these memory sticks to make you a cup of tea? If not, I really don't think I'll be forking out £5.18....

you can buy the 512mb for 7.99 on the same site, slightly more mb's for your money!

The 2gb fakes aren't bad for the cash (Less than £20 for mine recently)

Just don't expect them to last forever; i.e. back up your data to the PC every so often and you'll be fine :)
  • I bought a 1GB Sandisk memory pro duo inc adapter of Ebay for £14 inc delivery.
If your worried about copies don't go for Sony(unless a reputable supplier),go for sandisk(who developed the format for Sony) as they don't seem to be copied!

I really wouldn't chance it buying fakes on ebay.

They've often got false partitions which means that they appear to have a lot more capacity than they actually do (i.e they can actually hold much less than 1gb, 2gb etc.)

They're often not all that well built, and there's a risk of them simply falling to bits. If you're really unlucky they could damage your PSP in the process.

Some people are apparently selling fake Sandisk ones now, too.
  • the price isnt too bad it works out at about 4p per mb, larger 2GB and 4GB cards work out at about 2p per mb.

as the PSP is designed as a games machine and multimedia player then 128mb isnt really enough, you may as well give them the £5 to put towards a decent sized card. Im waiting for the sandisk 4gb cards to come to https://www.scan.co.uk and will sell my 2gb to my sister for the free psp I got her.
  • I have bought stepson a PSP for Xmas and am looking for a memory card for it but have no idea of what amount would be best - Obviously the higher the better but what amount would be the bare minimum?

I expect he will mainly use the PSP for gaming

    Thanks in advance
  • Depends if you have a mobile or camera with the same format card, then the bigger the better as you could use it in those as well.
My advice with memory is you never have too much!
