Copyright in all submissions to the promotion remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of the Promoter providing the Competition, each participant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Telegraph Media Group Limited and Maxxium UK to feature any or all of the submissions in any of its publications, its websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this promotion. 4. A selection of nominations will be chosen for publication in The Daily Telegraph online at www.telegraph.co.uk/famousgrouse.
    5. Each entrant shall be allowed to submit an unlimited number of nominations which will then qualify as one entry into the prize draw. 14. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication of the nominations process and details of the prize draw. Adjudication of nominations and all other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Maxxium UK.
