    that's about £360 already.............

Oooh - very bad question to ask me. That is my real pet hate and once I get started...... - I've got Cystic Fibrosis which is a serious lung condition (amongst other problems it causes) so I really hate cigarettes and smoking - I've never even tried a fag :p

So the answer is no :D;)

Sorry to get on my soap box, I know you are trying to help. :A

    Morning :D

Today's plan consists of going around all the charity shops I possibly can!! :D

I will post back later of any fantastic finds that I have. I'm also hoping that my mannequins arrive today so that I can put my items straight on Ebay if I find any clothes.

I sent off for a few freebies yesterday evening from the freebie section including signing up for the Tesco DVD Rentals to get a free £10 gift card which I would then sell on Ebay (just need to remember to cancel before 17th October so I don't get charged ;) )

Been looking on Ebay for some good lots to sell too, I love browsing the wholesale category there. Have got my eye on a few interesting ones that finish later.

Have a good day everyone :D

Got another lot of Ebay. It's a mixed lot so I'm not too sure what I am getting. There looks quite a bit of stuff there and I only paid £13.98 including postage so I should be able to get that back at least.

Off to the charity shops soon :D

I am really enjoying this thread, although not actually taking part in the challenge.

I admire all of you that are selling things on ebay. I have bought items on ebay in the past and would love to start selling bits and pieces, although I am too scared.

Just had another delivery of some free sim cards (vodaphone) and I have a few O2 sims as well I would like to get rid off.

    Must find the courage somewhere.

Keep up the good work everyone that has accepted the challenge!!

    Thanks Littlestar1981.

I will keep thinking about it and see how I get on.

I am just worried about coming across a negative buyer and having problems.

Have signed up to pigsback and quidco so am trying on these fronts.

In terms of negative buyers - you are in charge to a great degree. If you are honest with your pricing, packaging and posting, send the item promptly and give a great service you'll be getting positives....

There is also an option on ebay to stop bids from users with an overall negative feedback total, or who don't live in the countries you say you'll post to etc... it does help to reduce problems. Just start off with something simple - easy to describe, cheap to post, not breakable etc and see how it goes, get used to the process as it were! Remember if you want to accept paypal payments you will need to 'upgrade' your account to do this - it's free but you do get charged a percentage of any money you receive. There's an ebay area where you might get more hints and support:

    Thanks FF and Kathfisch,

I shall look into these points you have raised.

Wonder if there is a cheap listing day coming up soon (i know there was one recently).
