I've had another thought, I have two tunes I have written without names I could auction them off on ebay. Whoever wins it could name the tune & I would send them the manuscript - maybe even a recording (if I can get my computer to work!).
I also sold a book I got free with a magazine today so I'm up another couple of quid!
I've also found a box of gifts that can go on ebay - I will try and list them tonight. (Although trying to decorate bathroom before OH comes back! So far all it's cost me is £23.98 because we had loads of paint in the cupboard!)Lightbulb moment June 06 Total Debt. £16665.06

Hi everyone
I have actually lost some money today. I bought a couple of mannequins from Ebay to display any clothes that I buy.
My boyfriend bought a male one a while ago and it does get his clothes more money as they are displayed well in the pictures. I have therefore bought a male and female one for £25.
I think that for my wholesale lot, I am going to get some clothes so these will be really handy and a worthwhile investment for the future
I have therefore got £152 that I can play with (the rest of the money is tied up in the stuff I bought from charity shops).
I couldn't find anything in the 2 charity shops near me but on Wednesday (my day off) I'm going to go to a shopping place near me that is packed full of them :j :j
So far on Ebay, the beauty case that I bought for £3 is going for 99p and has got 2 watchers. None of the other items are selling just yet but it is early days

I've been reading this thread each dya but don't really feel like I have the balls to do it, but had some post today that I though might help some of you. I recently joined first direct and got £50 introductory, and I have just been sent 3 cards to let me recommend 3 friends so they get £50 each ( within 28 days of putting money in the account). If anyone wants to do this then please Pm me and the first 3 people I will recommend.
Enjoy the rest of the challenge I'm def enjoying reading about you all, best of luck

You're not too late - welcome to the challenge
Just find a way to make a pound and you are on your way. The targets set out in the first page are just guidelines, as long as you get to £1,024 before the deadline then you have completed the challenge
Good luck.0 -

Welcome aboard Kelinik and all other new challengers!! - Am I really sad for being so excited about this challenge!!
Clarkylou - I think that's a brill idea and quite unique:T . It's the sort of story that you find in our local newspaper/on local news, so maybe you could give them a call and see if they'd be interested? - might get a few extra bidders???;)
I still can't get on £5 free bingo n haven't sold any books yet!!
But...I've got 2 items on ebay at mo.,1 with 2 watchers and 1 with 1 watcher - they've still got over 2 days to go so fingers and toes crossed.
I am waiting for my matched betting winnings to come through so I can make my total look a bit healthier. I think I'm stressing a bit because I know the last two weeks look really scary on my wall chart
I didn't make charity shops today so will do best to get there tomorrow.
Will post again - hopefully with new total in a bit.
