  • have a spiderman dvd which mr tesco gave me for free as he tried to charge me too much for it, which finally got a bid on ebay so thats gonna be at least a pound to the pot

Have got some freebies in the past which i'll list later today, but no paperclips in the house to add to each of freebie, only have one lonely bog-standard metal one :(

How much are you up to now then Annie?

I should get quite a boost this evening when my items sell then :D - might be able to get some wholesale stuff sooner than I thought ;)
About £71 now I also have some books on ebay which finish over the period of the next few days - all were free. I also have some gifty things upstairs which I am going to put on in a bit. A friend of my mother-in-laws is moving house and has a load of books for me (free of course) so I'm going to get them later on. This wholesale thingy sounds interesting? Where will you be aiming to sell them on?
Good luck hope your sales this afternoon are good.

Thank you :D - I'm hoping to buy some wholesale stuff and then sell it on Ebay - I've done it before a little while back and made a couple of hundred but it is possible to make more than that if you get the right stuff.

That's really good Annie - I've got a spreadsheet on Excel that I have been using. I've only got 50p 'spendable' cash at the moment as everything else is tied up in items waiting to be sold :D
  • the second made me giggle - hope it sells for you

Hey ehallett - why don't you try and collect some material and make up some of the cards you're also doing for the Joshua Fund - they look fab and should be great sellers.

By the way - who'se selling the 10 red paperclips......I'll buy one if it's an Arsenal supporter!

    :D

Hope this is ok doing this on here if not please remove
If I spot any good points to be had I will let you all know

Thank you - I've received a load of stuff from people for the cardmaking but I wouldn't be able to sell them on Ebay for this challenge. All the money I make from the cards goes to Joshua's fund.

I've tried to sell cards on Ebay before and they did really badly. I was selling packs of 10 for £5 and nobody bought them.

Thank you for the idea though, I might try my hand at something else soon, I used to make Xmas tree decorations from cross stitching them so I might try that - I've got a load of cross stitch stuff that I've had for ages just doing nothing.
