  • does anyone know if an LPG conversion will have an affect on the vehicle value?

I am not sure about the value (if you are selling off the car), but I am 95% positive it will have an effect on the insurance premium, as they always ask if a car has been modified in any way (even alloy weels count)

Can I make the last £260 in 15 days????
    It equates to about £17 a day:eek:
I need to do some seroius R&R'ing or have extra good sales from my free books over next week.
    Only time will tell!

Did we have a run down of who is where???
    Has anyone made it yet??
  • Ooh, new total: £155.96!

Received £20 compensation in the post as the tour operator cancelled our return flight of our holiday last month, and we had to be flown to a different airport. At least I hope that counts? Bit of an awkward one that actually.

Also £33 from mystery shopping. You have to make purchases, but I have been using the money from this, and you get them refunded anyway.

Not quite like that but I have bought several CD's (jack johnson and james blunt) selling at 5/6.97 and I used one of the uniball vouchers for each -4.50 plus others so effectively I only paid pence for each of them. Tonight I paid £1.05 for a dvd and a pc game plus other shopping (I'm keeping pc game for xmas pressie) but the dvd has gone on amazon and it was free.
So if you use vouchers carefully (asda and somerfield especially) you can offset the savings onto your cd's then sell them for pure profit and increase your total. I still have a dvd and 2 Cd' waiting to sell which will increase my total by another £20 when sold.
    Hope that helps

    Thank you, Annie

But where do you get these vouchers? Are they some sort of loyalty points vouchers? I wonder if it is anywhere on the vouchers board (never been there, to my shame)...

    thank you
  • Wow Annie go you!

I'm still waiting for my brother new current card to be properly opened so I can start Quidcing (a word??? maybe not!!) and match betting with him!!
Hopefully that will put up my total a lot!

Have only made £9.68 on ebay though since last update so off to update my signature!

Need to find some more matched betting opps for myself as well but seem to have used up all the 'easy' ones!!

From their current instore mags - the current somerfield mag has several coupons which scan at tesco and also the current asda mag has many more which oddly scan at higher than the stated value - for instance the uniball pen (p.58 I think) one says 50p off but when scanned at tesco it deducts 4.50 from your bill!!!!

  • I have £38 in points saved with Pigsback - can I add this to my total now, or do I have to sell the vouchers I exchange for my points, then add whatever cash I make?

Have £15 Debenhams vouchers arriving in post today too, same question?
