Coaxial cable/Freeview advice?

We have Sky+ Multiroom in our bedroom which I am taking away, as I only tend to watch BBC channel - not wanting to pay for the multiroom. I have bought a Humax Freeview recorder, but realised the bedroom doesn't have an aerial socket.
My options are:
Use the aerial box in the sitting room & use an extension coaxial cable to the bedroom - but this would mean either loads of cable if I run it through the house or going through outside walls - which I am not confident in doing this right.
HOWEVER, my query is: In my sons room (across from our room) he has a 2 way booster/amplifier which serves his tv & my other sons tv in another room.
Could I buy a 3 way box & run a coaxial cable to our room - easiest option for me. Would the picture quality be poorer as it would now be used to serve 3 tv's? The boys picture as it stands now is excellent. If this option would work - can anyone recommend a reliable box?
Many thanks - hope all this makes sense?????

I have a 6 way booster in the loft running into 6 TVs mostly through the cavity wall.0

Many thanks - is 1 booster better than others or does it not matter?0

Regardless of the booster use decent quality cable. "ordinary coax" has too much loss for freeview. Get double screened stuff. Google for more information.
I bought some left over NTL cable off ebay very cheaply.0 -
As long as you use a decent amplifer and good quality cable (not the cheap stuff from market shops) you should be fine.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0
