    well the company who owns the debt now,, say the car is nothin to do with them and the garage certianly doesnt own it.. so who owns the car?

    what happened with this?

    Incidentally, the cambelt will have needed changing according the renault sevice schedule. I think it is after three years or 60k, which ever is earlier. I don't recall exactly but do know that it is one of the things I needed to do when I bought a five year old clio with very low mileage.

    Anyway, this being the case, I think that this would complicate matters a bit.
