hi, i got a parking ticket on my car whilst at work from capital 2 coast security, should i pay the fine or are they just a private fake company designed to scare the public and me into paying. its only a small parade of shops in rustington, littlehampton on the south coast. please let me know asap, cheers

Spursfan, the advice is to ignore everything from all private parking companies, unless they are acting for a council, or signed and stamped small claims papers arrive through the letterbox.

Can I suggest that you post on a new thread instead of one last replied from 2010, you will get better answers as people may not notice your post.
