recommendations for a property manager in Newcastle?

Hello - I have used this site for a number of years - although this is the first time that I'm posting. I own a flat in Newcastle (fenham area) and was hoping to have managed by a letting agency. I won't be living close so I'll need the company to provide complete management - basically any repairs. Can anybody suggest a good letting agency in the area - Or any advice for a first time landlord (I've done the necessary with regards to permission to let, CP12 and EPC and changing insurance to landlords insurance)
