  • That's a significant debt. Does your income support such a debt?...bearing in mind 40-50% of income as debt would scare many lenders these days.

    Home owner?
    Time with bank?
    Time in job?
    Financial Associates?
    No of dependants?

...are all thrown into the lenders credit scoring mix.

Home owner....1 year £50.000 equity.....thats where all the debts from....renovating!!£110,000 value £60,000 Mortgage ...Santander!!

    15 years HSBC

9 YEARS with DWP ...One and a half years S/E DJ ....Profit 6k

    No dependants

Saw your other post. £23K income (with only £17K from your main job) would be considered low, to service £15K unsecured lending and a £60K mortgage in my opinion.

Has she become associated with anyone else since? If so, you'll be (loosely through her) linked with them as well.
