well i have got through to them but still confused they say they will accept statements but the man said income from apr 09-10 but my letter says aug 09-sept 10 but then my partners p60 will be different to the totals on bank statement so which figures do i send off shall i just send statements from aug-sept or p60 and a statement showing regular monthly comitments ?0

Guy on the phone is wrong. ADG is on the academic year, which is September to August.
They should've asked for the statements when you first applied, so I wonder why they are again now.0 -
hi thank you the assessment last year was provisional on current year or something as partners wage had dropped dramatically maybe its because of that mind you they have asked for financial commitments twice and i have sent them off but i sent of original mortgage notification adn home improvement letter wich was dated 07 but everything else was dated 09 unless thats why , so should i send all statements from sept 09 -aug 10 or just a few months, thank you again0

They should scan them, so scribble out anything you don't want them seeing.0

when calculating your household income, in particular to applying for adult dependents grant and parents learning allowance on pn1 section 9, do you have to include payments from insurance policies for unemployment. the tax man hmrc is not interested and disregard this as income for both tax and tax credits. please can someone clarify. i have just been awarded both pla and adg0
