Good Travel Lodge\Preimer Inn Outisde London?

Me & My Mrs are looking for a few days in London in November and trying to figure out good\cheap place to stay. We don't want center as more expensive and charges takeing the car in.

So we are looking at otside London and tubeing it in, so far we looked at Kenton as its only a 30 minute tube ride into the center, can anyone else reccomend anywhere? thanks

Try Borehamwood, Innkeepers lodge , Premier inn, Ibis all pretty cheap 15-20 mins train,7 pounds for a all day rail card that can be used on tube.

Hiya..

Hubby and I have stayed outside of London in the past with Accor hotels http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/united-kingdom/index.shtml but it's been awhile and I can't remember which one but I think it was an Ibis hotel.

Premier Inn at Harrow is OK, the restaurant is a Beefeater so decent food not too expensive if you want to eat there, breakfasts are a little OTT at £7.95 but there is a supermarket just across the road it looks big enought to have a restaurant. Tube station is close by....

Innkeepers Lodge in Southgate is 8-10 mins walk from Southgate station on the Picadilly line. The price includes a decent buffet breakfast. There are several restaurants over the road from the lodge. Easy to get to if you are driving down the M1 or A1.
