So why is this allowed to be on the net then?

It would take you about a minute to find more illegal things on the net! It's too large to be policed, and when it comes to such grey areas as the CC Market then I'm sure it's even harder to police.
  • I think this site is genuine, however I think the wording leaves something to be desired.

    The facts are as follows:

    What the website states:

"Under the Law, every consumer in the UK has a legal right to have their credit file cleared of adverse entries."

    What the 'Law' states:

The 'Law' as they put it, which I presume they mean The Consumer Credit Act, 1974. This states that if you have incorrect adverse credit on your credit file, you have a right to contact them, in writing to request that the company that added it, corrects it within a set time period. No-where is it a 'legal right to have' your 'credit file cleared of adverse entries'. I believe what they're trying to say is 'For a fee, we'll chase everyone for you to try to get your incorrect credit file amended'

    What the website states:

"Removes - Defaults, County Court Judgments, late payment history, too many searches, out of date/Incorrect information, CIFAS warnings, other people on credit file with adverse credit"

    The Truth?

You can't move things like this that are genuine.

It seems a fully dodgy site. Stay WELL clear. There is a section on there about getting debit and credit cards without going through any credit checks. These I believe are legal, however please bear in mind they will not be a member of the FSA or any other financial codes or practices. They will charge you a really high interest rate and ask you for a down payment as security prior to giving you a card.

This system is similar to that by Capital One. They can guarantee to give everyone (Over 18 and UK Resident) a credit card - IMO thats shocking and bad practice.

Incorrect. Capital One & other high interest lenders do not provide for everybody, even these companies have risk guidelines
