Calcium, Lime & Rust remover

Options
Anyone knows where I can buy this from??? Tried B&Q but they said they don't know what it is!!! I am needing it to unblock a drain that was blocked by a stupid tiler pushing grout into it. I read on the net that it can help remove the blockage but can't find a website that sells it. Thanks in advance for any help.
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????

You need an acid drain cleaner, ensure it is hydrochloric, sulphuric or phosphoric acid, (drain cleaners with hydroxide or chlorate ingredients won't do). It can be got from B&Q in the plumbing section, make sure you read the directions as it is quite strong stuff.

HG Blue, designed to remove the specifics you requested, works pretty well in bathroom and kitchens and is quite strong.

Pleased to help, wear gloves and allow plenty of ventilation, it's strong stuff but it really does work. Over the years I've revived a lot of filthy shower valves with that stuff, works very well but it will destroy all the sponges, cloths or gloves you use with it.

just to piggy back on to this thread:

Our waste pipes are blocked and coincidently we've just had a tiler and plater round round im guessing the blockage is caused by one or the other built up in the pipes. Kitchen sink, shower and bath all draining very slowly. Unfortunately i cant find the manhole where this waste appears! (The previous owners had a conservatory built on the side of the house. Im hoping they havent covered a manhole with it! ) There is a drain by the front down pipe and this is also blocked so i was hoping to chuck some acid down that to see if it clears it. I suppose the other other is to cut a section out of the external down pipe and have a go via that.

Will simply pouring the acid drain clearer down and letting it go to work be enough? I hoping we dont have to call the professionsal in!

    Any other suggestions?
