Where are you living now?
If you do become homeless the council will be obliged to house you with 2 kids. The downside is that it could well be in emergency accom initially. Only you can decide whether it is worth surviving emergency accom to get a council home of your own.

Im living in my ex partners house still as we have a child together he has agreed i can stay there until i find somewhere its not that easy especially when i no hes goin behind my back meeting someone else its tearing me apart being there and then he acts so nice in front of me
Another problem i face ok i can go to the council and say im homeless then my fear is if they stick me on this estate which is notorious my son would be in bits as he got bullied from a lad who lives on this est and it was that bad he got permantly excluded.
I just dont know what to do???/0
