Hello all,
We have an appointment with an independent mortgage advisor 14/09/10 to discuss our mortgage options.
My partner and myself are looking at a joint mortgage for a property no more that £100,000. We have a £10,000 deposit.
We have a personla loan of £8,000, around £300 left to pay on a sofa and also small catolouge account. All are paid on time each month.
We are currently renting and pay all the normal houshold bills. What do you think are chances of getting a mortgage fully agreed???
