complaint at meeks shoes

hi everyone, dont know if this is the right forum to post but here goes
i visited meeks shoes to buy my daughters school shoes and then they measured her feet and said shes a size 11g so i asked for the clarks shoes i wanted and they didnt have them in stock so a couple of days later my mum went back to meeks with my daughter to get the shoes and she told them what size but they measured again and told my mum she was a size 12h and they didnt have them shoes in that size so she ended up with different ones.
when my mum told me what size they had given her i told my daughter to try them on. she couldnt even walk in them they was flapping off they feet.
so last week i went back to the shop with my daughter explained and asked for the size i had been told she was the week before in the same shop.
they didnt have her size so we chose some others and the lady was being really ignorent and moody.
she came back with the shoes and slammed the box down in front of my daughter and said sit down.
she put the shoes on her so i asked my daughter to try walk in them which she did. i asked it they feel ok and she said yes they feel better. so i said i will take them insted and the lady said no you wont they dont fit so i said they look fine to me and they felt ok so i will take them. she them turned around and stormed off to the counter and i put the shoes in the box and got my daughters shoes back on and went over to the counter and passed the lady the shoes.
she then said wheres the receipt so my mum went in her bag to get it she was then tutting.
when she got receipt out she took £2 from the till and through it into my mums hand and got another receipt so i asked for her name and was told to try reading the receipt.
after leaving the store my 5 year old daughter was in tears thinking she had done something wrong because the shoes didnt fit her.
i sent an email later that day to the store and didnt hear anything for 7 days so sent another today and got one back stating how nice the lady normally is, i am totally discusted by the whole thing
can anyone advise if theres anything else i can do regarding this
thanks

For starters why not include some punctuation and separate your rant into paragraphs so that we can all read it nice and easily?
Secondly why do people let themselves get treated so badly by staff and then walk away with their tail tucked between their legs and go home and send an email once a week complaining about the level of service!?
Complain to the manager when you're in the shop for goodness sake! Stand up for yourself!
Chillax, dude! There's no need to be so snippy!0 -

It doesn't require vast reserves of confidence to tell an assistant in a shoe shop to stop treating your family, including your young and upset daughter, like a piece of sh*t now does it?
Hmmm - I've just been reading some of your input into a thread about a cleaning agency - purely by chance, before you accuse me of trying to stalk you! - and it certainly appears that you make a habit of being unpleasant across the forum so I'll leave you to your snide remarks.
You see, I don't feed trolls - there's far too much nastiness on here so they're best ignored IMO.0 -
I agree that the OP is a little confusing, but I got the gist of it and I would just say don't shop there again. There's not much you can do if they have already responded to your complaint and you found it unsatisfactory. You can't force them to fire her, or to make her be nice, so (if you'll excuse the pun) all you can do is vote with your feet...0

Ignore Sandoval, they are a PITA
Ah, the classic 'I don't like what you're saying so I'll call you a troll and run away' remark.
Bravo.
Certainly put me in my place...
Ohh shhh you, sit down and be quiet, and if you don't eat all your dinner your not having desert.0 -
"They?" You mean he/or she in the singular.
I mean what i want to mean. Don't need an English lesson from the likes of you. I've got MS, what's your excuse for rudeness.
This is so inexplicable that I don't really know what to say other than keep taking the tablets...
I do thank you very much.0 -

Witter, it's a little difficult to work out what's happened. Does you daughter now have shoes? Do these shoes fit her? Is your complaint generally about poor customer service? Or do you want replacement shoes/refund etc?
If you let us know a little more, we might be able to suggest something appropriate."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
