With the various trolls on here recently, it makes me reluctant to throw the towel in, just want to keep trying and hoping. You cant do right from wrong on here of late and im not understanding why. It makes me feel guilty of even wanting to go br for the sake of certain people thinking were having a good old jolly. After OP saying my posts are irrelevant then maybe he is right - who knows. However, i do know that there are people out there who are obviously sick and have no one real in their lives to argue with so they turn to the cyber world to cause trouble, its pathetic. Very unhappy tonight and thats the first time i have felt like this since coming on here.
Dont worry about it lillibet, there are people like that that pop up occasionally, he has a bee in his bonet about something. As you can see i have been around for a little while and i can tell you that there are often occasions where someone posts here for the first time desprate to talk to someone. Often one of the experienced posters is not around at that time and it is very important that people like yourself are here to respond to them to let them no that there are people here for them and to stick around even if you cant answer their question fully yourself.
so hang on in there and dont let the idiots put you offHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
Thanks but I am no idiot, Posters with problems need help I know that. But a lot of posters seem to either have no idea about bankruptcy or have been poorly advised. Lillibet you may fool the debt collectors for awhile but they will keep coming back. When we lost our house we were lucky to get a private rental. But unknown to us the previous occupants who hjad left a few months before had not redirected there mail, We Keep receiving all their bills from CCs and Debt Agencies. We contacted one of them and they told us the only way they will stop sending the letters is if I contacted all the Credit Agencies and informed them. For the first 6 mmonths I was expecting house visits but they never came.
They will keep coming Lillibet unless you change your address with the Credit Agencies.0 -
Right thats decided then Debtinfo, i will still say my little introduction as i still think that it helps newcomers and then the experts can help when they are around later in the day. Thanks for you post, i was a little bit put off coming back earlier, but im fine now absolutely fine and happy again!!
