Dual Fuel Atlantic FP Sept 2011 (uSwitch)
Just been switched over to this Tariff from EDF. I wanted a fixed deal and at the time of using uSwitch (16/08/10) this was the last fixed tariff which was comparable to the EDF Tariff we were on last year.
Now the problem is, when I switched using uSwitch I forgot to print out the Tariff details (i like to do this so I can check that im put onto the right Tariff and the charges are correct). Is there anyway of accessing these details now (uSwitch Representative??)
Failing that, anyone know where to download the Tariff details from Atlantic themselves as I can't find anyting on there website.
Im a little concerned at the moment as I have registered for the online account and on there its showing:
Account Plan: Domestic Standard NSC
and not Dual Fuel Atlantic FP September 2011.
Also, bit late now but I've just noticed that there appears to be a penalty for coming out of this plan which I should have notice:
If you leave the Atlantic FP September 2001 tariff at any time on or before September 2010 an exit fee of £75 will be applied to your energy account. If you leave at any time on or after 1 October 2010 an exit fee of £35 will apply.
Yikes, that means when I come to change again next year im gonna be hit with a £35 charge regardless of when I do it. Ok, maybe im reading this wrong, but thats how it reads in the Terms and Conditions.
Any help would be appreciated.......

Contact Atlantic now.
Explain that you don't appear to be on the tariff you requested, and ask them to provide you with the details of that tariff.
If you act quickly, Atlantic will probably rectify the apparent error.
If you delay, they may not be so accomodating to revise the tariff later."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Thanks Premier,
Did contact them and they have assured me Im on the correct Tariff. The problem is that the website doesn't have enough room to display the Full Tarrif details. There going to look into it.0
