Access To Savings From Spain

I am now living in Spain and have bank accounts in Both UK and Spain.
I have a fairly subsatantial sum in my UK account but am earning very little interest.
I have looked at various best buys but they only apply to residents of the UK.
Are there any accounts where I could transfer a reasonable amount and doesn't care that I live abroad ?.
The reason I am looking is that rates are usually better in the Uk than in Spain.

I have also just moved to Spain but I have seen high street offers of 5 and 6% with no lock in.We have opened a Spanish account and it was easier than in England(considering the drama just to buy a car or a mobile phone here is strange)0

Where did you find accounts in Spain paying 5 and 6%. I have only seen rates around 2 or 3%0
